Claims Process:
In the event of a warranty issue arising, ALWAYS
contact We Buy Any Scooter & Powerchair First before arranging any
diagnosis or repairs.
If your scooter or powerchair suffers a mechanical or
warrantable fault, then please contact our showroom vie email, phone or visit
us in store as soon as possible. We will aim to resolve any faults or warranty
issues within 3-5 business days of the issue being made aware to us and someone
from the aftersales team we will keep in contact with you either via WhatsApp
or Email.
Please note We Buy Any Scooter & Powerchair do not
offer a breakdown and recovery service and will not reimburse any costs related
to such services.

or refundable

within the United Kingdom
